Accounts that have been inactive for more than twelve consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity policy involving monthly administrative fees or account closure. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to reclaim any bonuses, promotional credits, or unwithdrawn prize money. However, any legitimate cash balance that meets the applicable withdrawal conditions will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process.
